We have been having issues with our tattoo balm arriving to you our customer, melted and noticeably stored upside down or on their side.
We take pride in having a meticulous quality control and packaging process to ensure product leaves our manufacturing facility in pristine condition and is ready to arrive in that same condition, but unfortunately, this issue is in the hands of the couriers and fulfillment facilities we trust to deliver in the same condition.Â
Unfortunately, due to higher-than-normal temperatures and delivery mishandling, we've noticed that our clients have received their product in poor conditions however, organic and paraben-free products are more vulnerable to temperature fluctuations because there are no chemicals or preservatives to stabilize and prevent these types of changes from occurring, making storage and delivery methods extremely important.
We sincerely apologize for this; we are monitoring all of your orders and are working hard to minimize any inconveniences this may cause.
We kindly ask you bear with us as we work to resolve this issue.
